MerryPlace Development LLC invites Income eligible buyers who earn less than 140% of Area Median Income as defined by the Department of Housing & Urban Development. Income eligibility is determined based on family size and annual income. The Homeownership Counselors will provide a wide array of services, which will educate and prepare homebuyers regarding owning and reselling an affordable home in MerryPlace.
