As you may have heard or seen, a workforce development located near Clematis, Intracoastal Waterway, and CityPlace is new construction taking place in Pleasant City, West Palm Beach Florida. Covering a 14 acre brownfield redevelopment new homes construction activity continues at a steady pace. Pre construction condos will be the first units ready for occupany, followed by townhouses then single family homes.

Several innovative factors and strategies set MerryPlace apart. The Project will incorporate green building practices, will utilize an extraordinary collaboration of community groups to servicing residents, and will incorporate a unique program for the promotion of homeownership. Each unit will include energy efficient appliances which will lower gas and electric bills for all residents of MerryPlace. MerryPlace will be a certified Green Community, as recognized by the Florida Green Building Coalition. Every homeowner within MerryPlace can expect to enjoy utility bills that are at least 10-15% lower than a standard unit.
